Social media internship for communications student, to help prepare communication strategy, monitor and manage editorial calendar for a new creative collective of women.  

 

You’ll be working alongside Creative Directors to assist in creating, developing and refining concept-driven design projects as well as maintaining a digital presence and marketing through our social platforms.

The work will include:

 

• developing and managing a 12-month editorial calendar

• scheduling posts and content within INSTAGRAM

• engaging with social media communities and answering comments

• optimizing content and measuring the success of social media strategies.

 

We're looking for a person who:

• Has a good eye for detail and design

• Takes initiative to find more efficient processes

• Isn’t afraid to contribute ideas

• Has a passion for storytelling and design

• Works well with independently

• Is happy to work in a small team.

 

Desired skills:

• Very passionate about social media and content creation AND/OR/ be currently studying or have finished a degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design or Communications/Digital and Social Media

• Social media savvy and a desire to engage intelligently with brand audiences through INSTA

• Creative and innovative mindset with a passion to think outside the box and take initiative

• Exceptional organisational skills, self-management, attention to detail and desire to deliver outputs in a collaborative and flexible manner.
